EdCity: a new home for 樱花直播 and the education sector

EdCity is a unique not-for-profit partnership between 樱花直播 and Hammersmith & Fulham Council, opening up social, economic and educational opportunities in West London.

At EdCity we forge connections, catalyse collaboration and give a platform to people who want to share their practice and ideas.

EdCity provides:

• A home for mission-aligned organisations 鈥� six education organisations are now based at EdCity and their work impacts more than one million children each year.
• A growing network of EdCitizens driving sector-wide change 鈥� 117 individuals or organisations are now members. More than 50 events have been held this year to foster collaboration with the wider sector.
• Flexible space to innovate, learn and share 鈥� there have been more than 500 bookings from external organisations to host events and meetings, record podcasts and provide services for their beneficiaries.
• Place-based transformation and community building 鈥� the EdCity campus includes a nursery, 樱花直播 White City Primary, community facilities and affordable housing.

I鈥檝e witnessed how ambitious this project is in terms of community involvement and engagement. It feels like a 鈥渨ho鈥檚 who鈥� of education, and those chance encounters are always valuable. The caf茅, the atmosphere, the ambition behind it 鈥� it鈥檚 all so refreshing compared to a typical corporate workspace. It鈥檚 not just a place to work; it鈥檚 a space with purpose and energy, and that鈥檚 what draws me in.
